Among the phrases that intrigued me when I arrived in Brazil, there are "toda vida." Not the "toda vida" which means that it is for life, "toda vida" run out of steam as the singers cooing to pretend to love the life, lifetime, the same person, but the "toda vida," which tells you that you must go straight to your destination, or at least to an important crossroad where you have to change street road.
The metaphor is clear but it is so exaggerated that it becomes a caricature. Unless we see that the adventure is on the corner of the road, that death may surprise us there at the horizon of the street, the road where you drive.

A small preview of the new Slingshot Rpm 2011.
For 2011, the Rpm Slingshot has a new red bag which is almost the same as 2010. The full bar is the same as last year. The line lengths are changed for each kite size. The 14m ² 27m lines, the 12m ² 23m lines, the 9m ² and 8m ² have 20m lines.
The 9m ² makes its appearance this year! MMP 2011 is available in 4.5m ², 6m ², 8m ², 9m ², 10m ², 12m ² 14m ².

What relationship with the chicken, you say? I must confess that I do not see. Except maybe the position, often ridiculous, when the goalkeeper ball slip through his legs or under the arm can think of disorderly movements of a chicken when trying to catch ...

I found this pearl in the Folha de Sao Paulo about Marcela Temer, the frisky young wife of the new vice-president. Journalist who wondered why the expression, a Chiquinho Pisos back in the sense explained: "It's a way of speaking of a young, beautiful and delicious."
"Delicious," if not "tasty". In Portuguese, "gostosona. Must still say that one meaning of the verb "comer", also "eat" is "kiss" ...

was Saturday, Dilma became the first president of Brazil. By attending the ceremonies in front of my TV, I wondered who would represent France in the absence of its enormity.
Until we have the answer, I particularly appreciated that Hillary has succeeded Hugo Chavez unless it was the opposite. The protocol provided some funny tricks.
I am amazed at the lack of Cristina K. This surprising lack of cordiality between women presidents and neighbors called to meet often, right?
And France in all this ? Well this is logically Alain Juppe who is stuck there, forcing gusts.
With the best of us, no doubt this time, the contract is in the pocket .
